WIN: the Women in IP Network is a network started and maintained by women in IP for women in IP to teach, help, and cheer for all women in IP. WIN seeks to help women achieve the highest levels of influence and decision-making in all fields of IP. It serves as a professional resource for its members, a place to network, enhance skills and provide support to other women, junior and senior, working in IP.

 

Our mission is to change IP law for the better. As each individual woman succeeds, all women will succeed and diversity in IP will rise—a rising tide lifts all boats. We believe that tide will rise even faster if each woman has a network of other women who know her field, have resources in the field, and promote her success. This is such a network: a personal, positive professional network to help women in IP succeed, one woman at a time.

 

Our network is inclusive. Members hail from biotech and pharma companies, tech and communications companies, law firms, and government. The philosophy is one of abundance—we have wisdom, support, and enthusiasm for all women in IP. We seek to work together, including with any other groups.
